Acceptance

By accessing or using an LRL Labs website, app, prototype, product, or other software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Some products may include additional terms, purchase terms, or platform terms. Those additional terms apply where relevant.

What LRL Labs provides

LRL Labs creates and operates software products for Apple platforms and the web. Some products are available now; others may be in development, testing, or limited release.

Software can contain errors. Outputs, calculations, classifications, rankings, or review suggestions should be checked before being used for important decisions.

Apple App Store and platform terms

If an app distributed by LRL Labs is downloaded through Apple's App Store or tested through TestFlight, Apple's terms, purchase rules, refund rules, and device-level settings may also apply.

For App Store-distributed apps, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless the app provides a separate license agreement.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for using LRL Labs products only in ways you are authorized to use them.

If a product lets you submit data, media, text, or other materials, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to provide that material and use it with the software.

Acceptable use

• Use LRL Labs products only in lawful ways and consistent with these Terms.
• Do not interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse LRL Labs systems except where applicable law clearly permits it.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or unauthorized data or instructions.
• Do not represent software outputs or prototypes as guaranteed, final, or independently verified unless LRL Labs says so in writing.

Purchases and subscriptions

App Store purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Apple according to Apple's policies. Other purchases, if any, are governed by the payment terms shown at the time of purchase.

Intellectual property

The LRL Labs name, websites, software, designs, copy, code, models, workflows, and other materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Using a product does not transfer ownership of LRL Labs intellectual property.

Disclaimers

LRL Labs products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, perfect accuracy, or that a product will meet every use case.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LRL Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the products.

Changes to these Terms

LRL Labs may update these Terms as products, platform requirements, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
